An ILP (Individualized Learning Plan) at Science Leadership Academy is an internship that you do in your Sophomore and Junior year of high school to help build experience in a working environment.

Throughout the year we put together many toys for kids, Comcast Cares day was our final project, to take everything we learned throughout the year and present it. We were able to produce about 20 toys in one day, which was far more than we have done all year.
